How the connection works
An administrator approves the app permissions in Microsoft 365. You then choose which inbox and folder to watch. New emails are fetched continuously, the sender is compared against your customers and the content is structured into product lines with customer prices.
The salesperson stays in control
Nothing is sent on automatically. Every customer and product match is shown with a confidence level, and the salesperson reviews, adjusts and approves before the quote or order is created. Internal domains can be excluded so your own emails aren't treated as requests.
