Your business data is yours

Reqventa handles customer data, product data and pricing information that is often business-critical. Below are the security features that are actually implemented in the platform today.

Data isolation between organisations

Data is separated per organisation and access is restricted with Row Level Security in the database. All data – customers, products, prices, requests, quotes and orders – is tied to the organization.

Row Level Security

Data isolation is enforced in the database with Row Level Security, not only in the interface. Organization membership is verified server-side on every request.

Access control

Roles for administrator and salesperson within the organization, plus a separate platform role for Reqventa's system administration.

Invitation-only access

Accounts can only be created via a valid invitation. Registration is enforced in the database and cannot be bypassed via the API.

Encrypted communication

All traffic between browser, application and database goes over TLS.

Logging and traceability

Activities in the quote and order flow are logged, as are price adjustments, matching corrections and administrative events such as created organizations and invitations.

GDPR and data handling

The personal data processed is mainly contact details of your customers' contact persons and your own users. The data is processed to identify the right customer and prepare quotes or orders, is stored within your organization's environment and can be deleted on request.
