How the connection works
An administrator approves the app permissions in Google Workspace. You then choose which inbox to watch. New emails are fetched continuously, the sender is compared against your customers and the content is structured into product lines with customer prices.
The salesperson stays in control
Reqventa suggests customer, products and price – but nothing moves on without the salesperson's approval. Every match is shown with a confidence level and can be corrected, and the correction improves future matches for the same customer.
